Challenge: Replace a one-room clinic with a new clinic offering expanded services and improved traffic flow.

Goals of project:

Office for Kimbrell
Extra-large office for Wanda, his practice manager of 37 years
Separate exam room, X-ray room and surgery room
Carport so clients can drive in with large animal

The new building for this small and large animal practice, located in a rural area, features a large waiting room, separate rooms for exam, X-ray, surgery, treatment, dedicated isolation room, separate space for ICU patients, grooming and boarding.

Traffic flow for staff is greatly improved, thanks to a separate surgery suite, X-ray room, grooming area and three-table treatment center.

Traffic flow for clients has also improved. With a large waiting room, clients don’t have to worry about pets clashing and interacting with one another while going into or out of the treatment area or exam room. Clients can sit comfortably in the same room and wait for test results.
