Overview Vetericyn® Plus VF Antimicrobial Wound Barrier Gel for veterinarians is intended for moistening and debriding wounds of all types and to provide a protective barrier over a wound. The Antimicrobial Wound Barrier Gel can also be used to moisten and lubricate absorbent wound dressings. It contains synthesized hypochlorous acid, a known antimicrobial also produced by the animal during phagocytosis that can be used on all tissues without harming fibroblast cells. This new offering from Vetericyn® Plus VF is a more viscous hydrogel intended for dermal applications and moisture donating.
