Overview Endoscopic swabs use an endoscope’s lumen channel in completing the procedure of swabbing potentially infected areas examined via an endoscope. Secured samples are transferred onto culture media or used in other diagnostic procedures. Swab’s selection is based upon the endoscope length used by the practitioner.
