ConRad™ General Use Thermal Blankets

Overview ConRad™ General Use Thermal Blankets are designed for use in surgery, dental, endoscopy and imaging procedures.

• Blankets prevent patient hypothermia by acting as a barrier to the 3 mechanisms of heat loss: conduction, convection and radiation
• 4-layer design: 2 exterior surfaces – soft, supple yet rugged waterproof/water-repellent material made of the same material as U.S. Navy gunnery ”Killer Tomato” target balloons and 2 internal components - heat insulative layer and heat reflective layer
• Clinically effective when used as designed
• Shorter anesthesia recovery times
• Adjunct to active warming
• Tested for thermal resistance to be equivalent to an extreme cold weather polar suit
