HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

In our OSHA course, students are brought up to date with recent changes and will learn how to be effective OSHA coordinators for their practices. Receive materials for a complete OSHA-compliant safety program.

This course emphasizes key marketing strategies, such as creating client experiences, community involvement, Internet presence and social media. Learn the value of measuring and monitoring marketing efforts through client feedback, retention and compliance. Tools for immediate action are provided, which students can implement after completion of the course.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
This course provides an understanding of the relationship between money and all aspects of a veterinary practice. Students will be better able to drive revenue and profi tability and control expenses. Learnings from this class include insights into reading and interpreting Profi t and Loss Statements, budget planning and awareness, benchmarking and key performance indicators.
