Cislak Periotome, Single End

Periotomes are thin sharp instruments that are used for more atraumatic extractions. Small and sharp, they are used to slip in between the tooth and the surrounding tissue and bone. Used in a pushing and cutting motion, the periotome cuts the PDL and breaks the epithelial attachment all the way down the tooth to make extractions easier.
