The honor roll is produced by St. Catherine University School of Business and Professional Studies and the Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable (MWER). At the Women in Leadership Forum sponsored by Twin Cities Business magazine and St. Catherine University, Patterson Companies Chief Human Resources Officer Kelly Baker accepted the award on behalf of the company. “We are proud to be recognized for our achievements in advancing women in leadership,” said Baker, who recently celebrated her first anniversary with the company. “We continue to prioritize creating an inclusive work environment that values, develops and celebrates diversity.” In the 2016 Census, the number of companies recognized for their efforts to promote women’s leadership on their boards and in their executive offices rose to 19 – the highest in the nine-year history of the Census.
